Gurukuls of Isha Foundation are called Isha Samskriti. They are a bit different from others. They focus a great deal on Hatha Yoga and ancient art forms. 

Sadhguru, founder of Isha Foundation, says, “Preparing Children not for the University but for the Universe.”

The website says: “Samskriti is about growing a human being to his or her full physical and psychological potential, without the intention that the child should become a doctor, an engineer, or whatever else. Parents are always concerned about what their children will do for a living. If they are at their full potential, earning a living will not be an issue.”

They do not seem to be bent on making priests or pundits. The passouts probably find a profession by themselves from the various possibilities available in the world.
